1. Payment Options

To make shopping simple and secure, we offer multiple payment methods, including:

• Major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
• M-Pesa
• Cash on Delivery (where applicable)
• Bank transfer for bulk or custom orders, available upon request

All transactions are processed in KES.

2. Payment Policy

For prepaid orders, full payment is required at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected upon delivery where COD is available.

Prepaid orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and cleared. If a transaction fails, is declined, or cannot be verified, the order will not be processed.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on https://www.stimapro.com are listed in KES.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and handling fees are calculated at checkout where relevant.

4. Secure Transactions

We use SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to help protect your payment information.

Payment details are not stored on our servers.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks may be reviewed and challenged where appropriate.

We reserve the right to cancel, delay, or place on hold any order that appears suspicious or may involve fraudulent activity.

For high-value purchases, additional identity or payment verification may be required before the order is approved.
