• Order cutoff time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EAT) will be processed the next business day.

• Handling time: Typically 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. We try to ship the same day for orders within Nairobi placed before the cutoff time.

• Transit time: Around 2–4 business days, depending on carrier and destination.

• Estimated delivery window: Approximately 3–6 business days in total.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via one of our trusted delivery partners.

We work with our in-house delivery service and reliable local shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Costs

Paid Shipping: We charge a small convenience shipping fee based on location and shipment volume.

• Ksh. 450 for orders within Nairobi

• Ksh. 750 for orders to other regions across Kenya
  Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Large or Bulky Items

Some products in our catalog, such as Water Heaters, Solar Panels, Pumps etc. may be larger or heavier than standard items.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, these items follow the same shipping structure outlined in this Shipping Policy, including the applicable delivery fees and estimated delivery timeframes.

In certain cases where special delivery arrangements are required due to product size or delivery location, our customer support team may contact the customer to coordinate delivery.
