The Kstar BluE Series Residential Energy Storage System (ESS) is a modular, all-in-one CATL battery and hybrid inverter solution. Built for heavy-duty three-phase power, the system scales from 10.2 kWh to over 40 kWh of capacity

Return Requirements
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Please include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and parts.
Return Shipping
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping costs.
- If you're returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, color, or model, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@stimapro.com with your order number and the reason for your return before sending the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund if the item meets our return requirements. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take up to 30 days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Need a different voltage, wattage, model, or another variation? Contact us, and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange if the item is in stock.

We currently ship within Kenya only.
Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Delivery takes an additional 2–4 business days, so most orders arrive within 3–6 business days.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM EAT will begin processing on the next business day.
- Customers in Nairobi may qualify for same-day dispatch if the order is placed early and the item is in stock.
